Who works at Lindon Bennett School?
Lindon Bennett has a large staff who are all part of a team working to help the children reach their full potential.Our head teacher is Steve and our deputy head is Sue.
There are 8 class teachers and specialist teachers in charge of the sensory curriculum and for teaching music.
Each class also has at least two support assistants and in our Early Years section there are nursery nurses as well.
We have a number of specialist staff, some of who are based in the school and some of whom come in regularly to work with us.We have a full time nursing assistant, physiotherapists, a teacher for the visually impaired, teachers of intensive music sessions, speech and language therapists. Other professionals also come into the school regularly to support us in our work with our pupils.
Our caretaker is an important member of our staff, as our our two administrative officers. At lunchtimes and after school, we could not do without our kitchen staff, lunchtime supervisors and cleaning staff.
